In partnership with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Denali Commission solicits applications for an Alaska Training and Technical Assistance provider to support Alaska’s Tribal communities as they plan, develop, and/or implement programs to support victims of crime.
The Alaska Training and Technical Assistance provider will support grantees implementing victims services. They will provide resources and coordination to increase the ability of Alaska’s Tribal Communities to provide comprehensive and culturally appropriate services to crime victims, their families, and the community. Using an approach designed to foster the emotional, mental, and physical health of victims, their families, and the community, the selected organization(s) will support the training and technical assistance needs of Tribes and Tribal consortia in Alaska. The selected organizations will be expected to focus on Alaska Native Tribal Communities and/or Organizations that receive grants funds from the Commission through the Tribal Victim Services Micro-Grant Program.
