Privacy Statement


In compliance with OMB Memorandums M-99-18 and M-00-13, the Denali Commission strives to ensure the online privacy of website visitors in the following way:

We will not obtain personal information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us in the form of electronic mail.

Should you opt to submit electronic mail to the Denali Commission, personal information you provide will be used only for the purposes of your request. For example, if you submit a suggestion or complaint, your personal information will be seen by members of the Commission who may, at their discretion, use this information to contact you for further clarification.

In plain English, we will not store your personal information or share it with other agencies without your consent.

Denali Commission does not store critical or sensitive government data, but is subject to the guidelines of the directive. Currently, Denali Commission has not completed the steps to  be compliant with HSPD-12 which requires standard identification for access to government facilities and systems.  We are working to identify ways to ensure that all employees and contractors can obtain and use proper identification.  Our goal is to complete this project by 2013. Individuals and organizations working with Denali Commission can be assured that we do not store or share your information without your permission.
